In therapy, you focus on fixing the past. In coaching you focus on the present. In therapy you attempt to move the client from Dysfunctional to Functional. In coaching you move the client from Functional to Optimal. In therapy, the therapist is the expert. In coaching, the client is the expert and the coach is the guide.

Each week will consist of a 55-minute Coaching Session, Action Items and ongoing coaching support via email throughout the week. You will also have access to Resume & Job Search Strategies and opportunities to explore any challenges that may be coming up for your in your career (or other areas of your life). While there are many coaches who do amazing work, there are VERY FEW who exclusively specialize in Career Development. And even fewer who have the extensive corporate and entrepreneur background I bring to the the table. Also, by uniquely incorporating Mindfulness practices into my approach, my clients not only get access to a deep sense of immediate fulfillment, but more importantly, also an understanding of how to create fulfillment — anytime, anywhere — for the rest of their careers.

As long as you communicate before the end of our first session that you prefer not to continue with coaching, you will only be responsible for that first session at my standard coaching rate. However, should you decide to take a pause or not continue with coaching for any reason after the first session, the balance of your retainer will be held in your account as credit for up to 12 months from the coaching start date — during which time you may apply that credit towards future coaching sessions.

Where Career Counseling is primarily focused on how to secure A job, Career Coaching is more focused on how to create THE empowered, successful and fulfilled career you actually desire most. And while resume, interview and job search strategy coaching are included with all my coaching packages, I always remind clients the greatest value of coaching is in the depth of insight, understanding and clarity you will get from our work together.

To ensure the integrity of our commitment, all my coaching packages are retainer-based with the full package payment due at the start of coaching. You have the option to make (1) lump-sum retainer installment or (2) monthly installments. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal or bank transfer. I do offer one-off coaching sessions for anyone who wants to do just a quick gut-check on their resume, interview or job search approach. However, the more in-depth career exploration and breakthrough (which is why most people come to coaching) will require a much more extensive inquiry. It is best to buy a three month package of either 30 minute or one hour sessions but I do offer one off sessions. Depending on the needs and goals identified during the initial FREE Phone Consultation.
